It was my first visit to the saloon. Karlos professionalism, hospitality is very high standard. He always explain what he did on my hair, it was the long first visit but I didn’t regret to choose Karlos. Highly recommended.

Always very pleased with my hair, Karlos always does a fabulous ???? job of it. Very friendly and always professional. Always get a lovely cup of coffee and cake or buscuits too.

I love the atmosphere in the shop, very welcoming staff, always friendly, offers tea or coffee. Friendly to talk too, always ensures that you are comfortable throughout treatment. I highly recommended and gave done to friends.

Hello, I got my eyebrow threading and full body waxing done. Staff were really flexible to allocate me into their busy schedule as I did not book an appointment prior to that day. However I would prefer you to introduce some massage post completing body waxing to relax the body and enhance blood circulation.

Very friendly, I have visited a number of times now and they are always great. I had my nails painted again and they have an enormous amount of colours and finishes to choose from. I also had my lash extensions and they are just what I wanted.
