Had a new style and am so pleased with it, the cut is fabulous and so it is so easy for me to do myself. Everyone likes it and say i look younger so i am over the moon with it. Karlos is so frendly and professional, and always have a lovely cup of coffee and a treat too

Very good experience, service ???? My first time at Carlos' salon and I can tell you I loved it, I found it cozy and family-friendly. Carlos is super friendly and an excellent, qualified professional. I highly recommend him and I will return many times.

The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job. She was friendly, warm and very skilled. The salon is also great value for money. The only thing that lets this place down is that it is very very poor on time management. My appointment was at 13:00 and I didn’t start getting my haircut till 13:40. This isn’t really acceptable as there was many other people waiting whose appointments had been over run. If you are paying for a service and have a pre booked appointment, the appointments should be running to time otherwise it’s a waste of the customers day.
