Ive had a few treatments with therapists Nan and Ice. So welcoming, proffessional. Checking in with pressure and comfort at all times, which is so important when doing deeper massage such as thai oil and trafitional thai. These therapists are dedicated to this highly 'skilled art' and come away looser, relaxed and ready for the world! I would recommend.

had an absolutely fantastic deep tissue Thai massage with Emma at Thai Herbal Retreat in Norwich. From start to finish, the experience was wonderfully relaxing and professional. Emma was warm, welcoming and incredibly skilled, applying just the right pressure to release tension while keeping me comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and intuitive approach made the treatment feel truly personalised. I left feeling lighter, looser and completely refreshed. I feel very uncomfortable with the experience I had at your facility. I booked a deep tissue massage with Emma and I didn't have a good experience at all. From the beginning Emma was extremely aggressive from massaging my bottom to pulling my underwear down a lot lower than needed. I felt very exposed when turning and saw her looking at my body multiple times. When she was massaging my back she was using so much pressure that it became hard to breath and asked to go softer, even then she carried on being very forcefully. She even apologised at the end knowing how she behaved wasn't appropriate.

I returned with reluctance. I shall not be coming back sadly. The area I asked for more focus received none. The therapist was heavy handed and careless, scratching my face and hand with their nails. The treatment was poorly timed managed, spending far to long at the end with the finishing scalp move - I had to ask to stop as they were rubbing one spot, which was uncomfortable. There was no rhythm to the treatment. I felt neglected and got the impression the practioner was disassociating throughout the session. It was not a professional experiance and did not match the price point of £89 for 90mins.

Great massage located centrally. It’s easy to book and no waiting. Rooms are set up well and spotless. It’s the third time that I’ve been there with the same person. I’ll definitely return. Also the added bonus is the restaurant downstairs and whilst I didn’t eat there this time I have recently and that is great as well.

Ice was amazing! She was so friendly and comforting but also the massage was the best I've had for muscle pain in my shoulders and neck. It was an efficient but lovely deep massage. Room was cosy and the massage oil smelt delicious. I will be back!
