Really lovely staff. Amazing massage from Nan. Very nicely decorated reception with complimentary teas for guests. The one area that let it down was the loos! They looked a bit run down (and no loo roll in one). However, since the staff were so nice and the massage FABULOUS - that hasn’t put me off returning. I will definitely be back. :)

Staff were nice friendly and good at what they do but they were late in meaning I only got 50 minutes when I paid 60, also horrible noise sounded like sandpaper the walls and door opening ruined atmosphere and didn’t feel relaxed.

Lovely calm and relaxing experience, massage was relaxing and felt fully relaxed after. The therapist communicated what they were doing well and allowed me to ajust pressure as needed.
