If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment , this is the notice we politely ask for: Appointments cancelled / changed more than 48hrs before - NO CHARGE Appointments cancelled / rearranged 48hrs - 24hrs prior - 50% CHARGE Any no-shows and cancellations / changes made with less than 24hrs notice - 100% CHARGE All outstanding balances must be cleared before booking in again with the HBMG salon. All pre-paid deposits are non refundable.
