Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing House of Beau as your Beauty Treatment therapist. Salon & Booking Policy: *Please arrive with bare nails unless previously applied by House of Beau. Unless you have booked a removal. *Please arrive on time. *Any later than 15 minutes will result in your treatment being rescheduled. *Please inform House of Beau as soon as you can if you are going to be late. *If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to you being late, it will be classed as a late Cancellation and the same Cancellation Fees will apply. *Please allow 48hrs for cancellations/reschedules. *Cancellation Fees are as follows: *48hrs or more - no charge *48hrs or less - 50% charge *Same day - 100% charge *No Shows - 100% charge and deposit required for your next booking. * If you wish to change your service, House of Beau kindly asks that you give 48 hours notice. *Price adjustments will not be issued if you decide upon changing the service you require with less than 48hrs notice. *The Client must pay for the full amount of time booked out even if the Client changes their service less than 48 hours or on the day of service. *If you have any issue with any service provided by House of Beau, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly rectify any problems within 48 hours of the service being carried out. This is at House of Beau's Disscretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN as products have been used. Late Arrival Policy
At House of Beau, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
