Cancellation Policy
Bookings All bookings require a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the total amount of your service on the day. If you would like to rebook a new appointment at the end of this service your booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment and a full balance will be required. I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Please be understanding that when you cancel your appointment with little or no notice you prevent someone else from being able to fill that appointment. I therefore, kindly request, as a matter of courtesy you provide me with at least 48hours notice. If less than 48hrs notice is given, your booking fee will be forfeited and another one will be required to secure any future appointment. If less than 24hrs notice is given, your booking fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be requested for payment. Failure to make this payment will result in all future appointments being cancelled and booking fees lost to cover the cost of the missed appointment. You will also be placed on a black list meaning you will either be required to pay in full at time of booking or you will no longer be able to book future appointments. All booking fees are TRANSFERABLE ONLY if more than 48hrs notice are given. It cannot be used by or given to another client. An appointment can only be transferred 3 times then your deposit will be lost and you will be placed on a black list as mentioned above. Your transferred appointment must be made within 3 months of the original booking. Please note, no shows and multiple last-minute cancellations will be monitored and may result in being added to the black list.
Late Arrival Policy
At Jemma Raynor, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
