The Lavender Room Troon offers a wide range of high quality complementary and holistic therapies for both men and women. Their objective is to provide a unique plan of treatments for each individual client. As of 2020 we will also be welcoming Laura who is a derma planning expert. Cancellation Policy

Our time together is important and as you will understand a Cancellation Policy has to be put in place. If you are unable to attend please advise by phone or text at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If not a £10 cost will be applied. As you will appreciate this time may have been beneficial to another client.

Late Arrival Policy

At The Lavender Room, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
